Turkeys Aren't the Only Things That Get Stuffing...

The most people I've seen stuffed into a five seat Toyota Camry:

12

And there were two in the trunk!

I bet they were Mexican. Or clowns. But they weren't Mexican clowns, otherwise there would have been a lot more than twelve...
Ok, before I get flamed for being a hater, I'd just like to say that sometimes, not ALL the time, but sometimes, stereotypes are true. Which is why the stereotype exists in the first place.
I hope those two in the trunk had air holes...

Dude... You're just on a roll here aren't ya'? Open mouth... insert foot...

C'mon man, you just know that when you post a story that you found 12 people riding in a Toyota, readers are gonna be thinking: "mexican".
Now, you didn't post what their ethnicity was, maybe because they WERE mexican, and you didn't want to offend anyone out of a sense of political correctness. In which case, I applaud you, because white guilt is a phenomenon that cannot be underestimated.
I, however, have no such niceties. Mostly because I have no sense of shame.

...but also because I'm not white. :-)

Actually, sir, I didn't post their ethnicity because it wasn't pertinent to the story.

I don't generally say "Hey, that Puerto Rican officer is a hard worker", instead I say "Hey, that officer is a hard worker". His race doesn't matter.

Same way, I said there were 12 people in the Camry, not 12 Mexicans. Why would they all even have to be the same race?

It is quite uncommon to find that many people in one car this far north. We don't have "coyote's" up this far. Down in San Diego, or in the desert, you'd find more of that.

I didn't omit it out of political correctness, or to avoid offending anyone. As I said near the beginning of this blog, I don't CARE if I offend anyone. People offend me on a regular basis.

I left out race, because it didn't add anything to the story. Simple.

12 people in one car! Now that is a lot of cramming!! I think the most I have ever had was 8 in one small car. Which really is not a lot compared to your 12! :)

Touche, Officer Smith. You should be a lawyer, or a politician. Very smooth... We STILL don't know the racial makeup of the car's occupants. Which is unimportant, you're right, and has nothing to do with anything, but I'm still curious.
I'm just wondering how they decide the seating arrangements in the car. Three in the front (two in the passenger seat), seven in the back (four across, three in the laps), and the two who draw the short straws in the trunk? "Aw man, AGAIN? Can you at least leave it open a crack?" Lol...
I mean, what possesses a group of people to put 12 riders in a Camry? Were they running from a natural disaster? Do they all work at the same place and only have one car? Cause that CAN'T be comfortable...

The racial makeup of the vehicle occupants was "ethnically diverse". I'll leave it at that, not that it makes a difference.

As for the seating arrangement, there was one in the front seat, with one on his lap and another between his feet sorta' wedged up under the dash, four across in the back seat and one laying across their laps, the two smallest ones were in the trunk, and the driver makes 12.

I have never ridden in a Toyota Camry, so I can't speak of the comfort level, but I'm sure this was not comfortable.

What brought this vehicle to my attention? How about the exhaust system dragging the ground because the rear of the vehicle was bottomed out.

"Uh, sir, do you know that your vehicle is scraping the ground and creating sparks near your gas tank... Holy cow, there's a !@#$load of people in here! Jesu Christo, man, you were looking at a 12 coffin funeral!"

And I just noticed a typo. There were TWO laying across the laps in the back seat.
