Driving Test...

Look at the following diagram:

What does the center marking on this roadway mean?

A) Drivers may use the center lane to turn left
B) Drivers may cross the center line only when entering or exiting a driveway
C) Drivers may not turn or drive on these center markings
D) I'm confused, I should stop driving and start taking public transportation

Good luck!

Definitely D!

Or maybe:

F) Okay to turn when no cops are looking.

I'll say "B", but that's just a wag.
Looks like a 3D illusion of a ladder...

I can't actually recall seeing a lane like this, at least not in California; however, I would immediately think it meant "Stay off". So.. at the risk of losing my driving privileges, I pick C. Yeah.. er.. I liked thebronze's F answer too. I've been known to fudge when no one is looking. A slightly illegal U-turn here, a yellow light there...
