Driving Test...

Look at the following diagram:

What does the center marking on this roadway mean?

A) Drivers may use the center lane to turn left
B) Drivers may cross the center line only when entering or exiting a driveway
C) Drivers may not turn or drive on these center markings
D) I'm confused, I should stop driving and start taking public transportation

Good luck!
