The latest numb-nuts excuse for crossing the street where the sign says not to:
"I'm not from around here so I didn't see the signs"
Ummm, can you read? I'm sure the signs say the same thing wherever you come from!!

Hey, I like the ones that give you that line when they turn right on a red, or roll through a stop sign etc.. Oh we don't have that in my State,, hahahhah whatever!!!!
We have pretty much heard all the "out of towner" excuses there are but apparently they just don't get it.
