Mrs. Smith and I were watching COPS a few weeks ago. It was an episode with Albuquerque PD.
I have had a patch collection for years, and I remarked to Mrs. Smith that I really liked Albuquerque's patches, and I'd have to try and get one.
Imagine my surprise when she snatched an envelope out of my hand after I brought the mail up yesterday, and hightailed it off to our room. She then brought out an Albuquerque PD patch as an anniversary present for me. It looks even better in person.
Some folks might think it's "mushy" that we do things like this for each other, but I love my gal.

Wait'll y'all start finishing each other's sentences. After 37 years, the Boss does that to me - and vice versa...
Hate to tell you The Old Man, we already do that after 10 years. And start the same sentences as well as start singing a song in the same place.
If we weren't together, I'd probably be on my own. "Smith" came along at the right time.
Berserk: Yes, it's the one with the hot air balloons.
Old Man: We have finished each other's sentences for a long time. We also start singing songs at the same time, or say the exact same thing, in the same tone, at the same time. The kids think they're hearing us in stereo.
