No but he will be blamed for the tree falling, global warming, world hunger, wars, cold coffee, stretch marks, emotional distress, UFO sightings, belly button lint, erectile dysfunction, runny nose, upset stomach, eye crusties, white stuff at the corners of elderly peoples' mouths and burnt toast.
The tree's falling is George Bush's fault!
