Mrs. Smith and I have been together for nearly eleven years. During that time I have had to convince myself to do certain things, which for most people would probably not be a big deal.
Most of the issues I have had, have not even been Mrs. Smith's fault. Most of it is just trepidation left over from my first marriage.
I had to learn to share an apartment, and a bedroom, all over again. It took me several years to add Mrs. Smith to my checking account (that one was hard thanks to the ex). I had to learn all over again to put the toilet seat down when I was finished.
But now, ten plus years later, I have finally jumped the biggest hurdle. I have finally bitten the bullet. I have done one of the biggest things a man can do. Something that is not easily undone.
I have combined our compact disc collections. We're stuck now honey, no matter what happens...

compact disk? what is this "compact disk" you speak of?
lol...It's official, you have finally crossed "the threshold of no return!" ;)
My wife can barely tolerate most of my music, and I don't much care for hers. Our CD collections have a way of sorting themselves into "His" and "Hers" piles no matter how often we throw them together.
Combined CD's is all very well but who has control over the remote for the CD player?
How long did it take you to learn to put the seat down? I'm still having problems with this.
Leslie: I crossed that line a long time ago.
Berserk: We each have some things the other can't stand. I don't much care for the Indigo Girls or Sarah McLachlan, and she doesn't really like speed metal or bluegrass (there's a wicked combination for ya!).
The stuff in between is pretty agreeable though.
Jay: Whoever happens to be listening to it at the time.
Officer Wright: Let's just say it took a while.
<3 ya!
You're F%^#ed now;) Glad to hear you took that final drastic step;)
Way to go!:)
