Just because you happen to live in this city, does not somehow exempt you from obeying the traffic laws here.
Working on a contract for the city also does not exempt you from obeying the traffic OR PARKING laws in the city.
Just thought I should clarify that for those folks I have stopped or issued parking tickets to this week.

Unforunately, that crap actually works in small town america. Not with my hubs but in the county I work in ... it's pretty much the norm. Sigh.
But my taxes pay your salary buddy....
That's got to be one of my favorite lines of all time; I'm sure it goes over even better on the police officer than it does at dispatch, right?
