Hey dude,
I assure you, standing in the middle of the street and looking for the bus will not make it arrive any faster.
It might get you run over though...

The personal views of a California Peace Officer and widower. Be ye forewarned, not everything on this page is fit for children, liberals or Berkeley residents. LOL!! It's as if you live in my neighborhood....the bus stop is right in front of my building and this happens ALL the time.
Dear Officer Smith,
Oh, my Gosh! That is not standing in the middle of the road, that is the bodily expression of the Will to make Buses Drive Up NOW. Also the desire to know if it is one's own bus as opposed to some other route.
Ah, it never works, however. They show when they show, for the route they were assigned and no other. Hopefully, as you say, we are not splat on the road when they Do. Finally. Drive. Up.
Me, I have my bus card out and a book in hand, smack dab on the curb. Never looked longingly for a bus in my life. Honest.

This drives me crazy. They walk out into 2 lanes of traffic. Time to start writing them jay walking or something... hahaha Word Verification... "Gorks".
How long did it take to clean the guy off your undercarriage? :)
